Giveaway : Copper Plated Wall Lamp

copper exposed bulb wall light lifestyle

I’m pretty sure you have all noticed already but one of the biggest interior trends for Autumn/Winter 2014 is copper. I love this trend and copper is definitely my favourite metallic finish of all as it adds a real sense of warmth and elegance to interiors. I’ve been pinning all my favourite copper finds on my Metallics Trend Pinterest board and seeing all those beautiful copper products in one inspiring place just makes me fall in love with this look even more.

I’ve decided that my mission for this winter is to incorporate some copper into my own home. I’m pretty sure that it would look just divine in my new indigo bedroom and I’m so excited to start hunting down the perfect products. I’m thinking that copper lighting would make a real statement and then maybe various smaller copper accessories to keep it within budget.

One of the great products I spotted in my search is this beautiful copper plated wall lamp from Out There Interiors. Now how perfect would it be to mount one of these either side of your bed? They sure would make super elegant bedside reading lamps and they are ideal if like me you don’t have quite enough floor space beside the bed for a bedside table. You could easily place one of these on the wall with a small wall shelf below to store things like books, glasses, mobile phone etc. I’m certainly bearing this in mind for my own bedroom revamp. And you can too as I’ve been lucky enough to nab one of these gorgeous wall lamps for a giveaway. The lovely Jenny from Out There Interiors contacted me to ask if I’d be interested in running a giveaway for you guys and after having inspected their extensive product range I just knew that there was something for everyone on their site. But in the end I settled on the copper wall lamp as it was just too beautiful to pass up. I hope you all agree!

So as you all know, the way to enter the giveaway is to use the Rafflecopter widget below. • We’ve just moved into a brand new house, so there are quite a few rooms where I could use it. I might use it in my sitting room, over a recliner, next to a bookcase, to create a great reading space.

  • Love the vintage chic look and the copper trend goes so well. I’d use it in my hallway, it’s very long and dark sometimes – it would be perfect x

  • I’d have it in the living room. The copper trend is very stylish and blends in well with all different colours.

  • Oh I wish I could take part in this but I’m not a UK resident! Such a shame! I would place it in my living room. The lamp is so beautiful! Just my favourite!

  • in my lounge on my chimney breast, I love the copper it matches 2 jugs Ive got that were my grandparents and they sit on my fire half

  • Our bedroom. Like you we re doing an indigo themed bedroom (although proving difficult to find the bedding from sainsburys that ive fallen in love with!! )) We ve also just celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary which is copper do this would be a fab present! X

  • I’d use it in our new study which is a little annexe on the back of the house with a pitched glass roof. I plan to make it my blog den. I love the copper trend because it reminds me of the copper pots and utensils you see in old cottages. Also it tonally complements dark woods – which I have a bit of a thing for.

  • I would use it in my living room! I have a little set of copper dishes in there so it would look great with that! I love the colour of copper – reminds me of when I used to do craft, design and technology at High School – I made my own copper dish – tapped out the shape with my very own hands!

  • I would use the copper plated wall lamp in my living room. Iove the copper look because it’s a change from all the silver look that’s been around for a long time now
