Bored with her nine to five office job, Aiveen Daly enrolled in an evening class in upholstery and before long was making a living modernising vintage furniture to create a collection of one-off collectible pieces. Including chairs, headboards, ottomans and later, silk lampshades, the collection is inspired by Saville Row tailoring and couture gowns. The fashion inspired pieces feature a variety of traditional techniques such as pleating, ruching and buttoning and have playful names such as Moneypenny and Spank.
