Where to Shop : W.A. Green for Quirky Homeware

If you are always on the lookout for quirky homeware, I’ve got you! I recently stumbled across W.A. Green. Run by Zoe Anderson, W.A. Green is the home of colourful, unusual and quirky homeware. It is self-professed dopamine for the home.

Now if you know me well enough, you’ll know that I have spent years overcoming my fear of colour. I’m not at a point where I can much more confidently bring colour into my home, although I do still play it reasonably safe. I’m definitely not ready to embrace the trend for Joyous Maximalism quite yet. Bt I feel like proponents of a more eclectic, playful and unexpected style would really appreciate the carefully curated collection that awaits consumers at W.A. Green.

That’s not to say that there isn’t something for everyone. By carefully choosing your colour palette it is quite possible to pull together a scheme that much more firmly fits into the Organic Minimalism camp.

One thing is for sure though, the trailblazers amongst you will love this store as you will almost certainly find something here that you have never seen before, and that is saying something, especially for a seasoned pro like myself who is always on the hunt for something interesting and original.

For those of you who care deeply about your environmental impact and have strong ethics, you’ll be happy to know that Zoe focuses heavily on sustainability, fairtrade and craftsmanship. She believes in giving back and buying to last.

Due to the pandemic, Zoe sadly had to close the doors on her Shoreditch store and pivot the business entirely online. Whilst this is a shame it is also good news for those of us who are not based in London. With such a beautiful selection of quirky homeware to choose from, it is obvious to see that there is a bright future ahead for W.A. Green. What do you think?

Below you will see some of my favourite quirky homeware products from the W.A. Green store. That Snoopy plate is my favourite.
